We guarantee that we will provide you with a website that works. We guarantee that the website you have purchased is fully functional with all the components of the package you have paid for.
Depending on the package you have purchased, your site could be up and running within 2 weeks (probably sooner) of you providing us with all the information we need to develop your site. Packages where graphics are included can take up to 4 weeks because of the need to have graphics developed that suit your site.
Your site will be started once we receive all of the Start-up Information we require from you. See Website Commencement Start-up Requirement Table for Start-up information.
We do not refund any monies paid if you change your mind. If you do change your mind and notify us by email within 7 days of purchasing a website package, we will credit any monies paid towards other services offered by Niche Partners such as membership to wonderfulwebwomen.com or membership to wonderfulwebseminars.com. Any monies credited will be limited to the amount paid and the purchaser will be responsible for any outstanding balance of alternative services offered once the amount credited has been deducted.
Your personal information will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it. Depending upon the website package you have purchased, we may need to collect certain amounts of personal information such as email address, business address, paypal account details, shopping cart details, and login details for email and shopping cart programs and other programs if required. Under no circumstances will we ever provide personal information provided to us to a third party without your express permission. Niche Partners will not make any attempt to personally identify users or their browsing activities without permission. However, in the unlikely event of an investigation, a law enforcement agency or other government agency may exercise its legal authority to inspect our logs and databases. This site does not provide facilities for the secure transmission of information across the Internet, however, all paid clients have access to a secure project management area where personal information can be sent. Users should be aware that there are inherent risks transmitting information across the Internet.
We will limit the amount of your personal information available to a small group of trusted staff and when the personal information is no longer required, the information will be either destroyed or erased.
The payment system on this website utilises the latest in internet security technology. The payment gateway we use is EWAY who are a PCI DSS tier 1 compliant and have the highest level of security, and we utilise 1shoppingcart as the shopping cart system which is PCI Certifed, and their checkout page uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL).
So what does all this mean in plain english? Your credit card information is processed using the most secure technology available. The only system that actually has access to your credit card details is EWAY as the payment gateway. We do not have access to your credit card details if you use our online payment processing. If you do not want to utilise our online processing system, we can process your payment details with us over the telephone, and your credit card details will need to be provided to one of our staff to process the payment. Once payment has been processed in this way, your credit card details will be no longer be required and will be removed from our system.
